Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Implement a new backend resource module for the Clients. This includes defining the data model, implementing database interaction logic (CRUD operations), and setting up the corresponding API routes for external access. Additionally, the appropriate unit and integration tests must also be implemented.
Due to refactoring, this high-level issue is not relevant anymore
