Implements the full CRUD workflow for the supplierOrders collection, following the Test-Driven Development (TDD) process.

This collection handles both specific parts ordered for a Work Order and general internal workshop supplies.

This issue is complete when all sub-issues are closed and all tests for SupplierOrders CRUD are passing.
